The Espresso Negroni

Add a little kick to your Negroni with this simple twist on the classic. We originally tasted this caffeine kick negroni in the amazing ramshackle bars of Golden Gai, Tokyo. 

INGREDIENTS

  • ice- 1 extra large block to fit the glass
  • ice - cubes 
  • 30ml gin
  • 30ml sweet vermouth
  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml cooled strong brewed or cold brewed coffee 
  • soda water as desired
  • wide orange peel 

In a cocktail shaker combine ice cubes, gin, vermouth, and Campari. Stir to combine and chill. Strain into a glass filled with large block of ice and top with coffee (soda if required). Stir. Garnish with orange peel.
